Subscription Plan
Choose the right plan for your business and activate the features you need. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and can be adjusted at any time from your profile.
# Overview
Subscriptions in the platform are package-based. Each package corresponds to a specific feature set and has a quantity — the number of records you are allowed to create. You only pay for what you need.
- QR Code — generate and distribute QR code snapshots for guests
- Digital Signage — create layouts and manage display boxes
A free trial period is included with all new subscriptions. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
# Create a Subscription Plan
Follow the steps below to set up your subscription for the first time:
- Navigate to Subscription Wizard from your profile page.
- Browse the available packages (Hotel Management, QR Code, Digital Signage, etc.).
- Set the quantity for each package — this determines how many records you can create under that feature.
- Click Continue to proceed to checkout via Stripe.
- Complete your payment details on the Stripe hosted page.
- You will be redirected back to the console upon success, with your plan active.
Your account must be email-verified before you can activate a subscription plan.
# Managing your Plan
Once your subscription is active you can manage it directly from your profile:
- Upgrade / Downgrade — adjust the quantity of any package at any time.
- Add packages — enable additional feature sets as your business grows.
- Billing portal — view invoices, update payment details, and manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
- Cancel — cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
